Refund Policy
IMPORTANT: All sales are final once the customer has approved the artwork/design and committed to the order.
By approving your artwork proof, you confirm that all details including spelling, sizing, colors, and design elements are correct and acceptable. Once approval is given, the order proceeds to production and no refunds or cancellations will be accepted.
Before Artwork Approval
Prior to approving your artwork, you may:
- Request design revisions (up to 2 revisions included)
- Cancel your order for a full refund (minus any non-recoverable costs)
- Change order specifications
After Artwork Approval & Commitment
Once you have approved your artwork and committed to the order:
- No refunds will be issued
- No cancellations will be accepted
- No modifications can be made to the approved design
Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged due to our error:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Provide photos of the defect
- We will replace the item at no additional cost
