Welcome to Gen-X Photo Studio JA. By using our services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

Gen-X Photo Studio JA provides:

Professional photography services
Photo printing and enlargements
Custom photo products (mugs, frames, canvas, etc.)
Passport and ID photos
Document scanning and printing
Bill payment services

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) unless otherwise stated
Payment is required at the time of order or upon pickup
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments
A 3.49% processing fee applies to card payments for certain services

4. Artwork Approval

For custom products, you will receive a digital proof for approval. Once you approve the artwork, the order is final and cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded. Please review all details carefully before approval.

5. Intellectual Property

You must own or have rights to any images submitted for printing
We reserve the right to refuse orders that may infringe copyright
We will not print illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content

6. Limitation of Liability

Gen-X Photo Studio JA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jamaica.
